The Cable Matters Double-Gang 7.2 Surround Sound Distribution Wall Plate connects 7 speakers and 2 subwoofers in a 7.2 Surround Sound system. An extra speaker binding post terminal provides an option for connecting an extra audio device. Conceal the wires from your home theater system in the wall instead of fastening them to the baseboard for a secure and professional-looking installation. Connect the binding posts with 12 to 18 AWG bare speaker wire, banana plugs, or spade connectors. Connect two subwoofers with subwoofer cables.
