Important Notes
Dual monitor compatibility (DisplayPort MST) must be supported by the host computer (Windows or Linux). macOS is not supported.
Update Thunderbolt 3 firmware and driver from your laptop to ensure that all the ports function properly.
DisplayPort Alternate Mode support is required to view video over USB-C.
Windows 7 PCs may need to download a driver from Cable Matters.
