Using a USB 3.0 Switch is easy. First, connect up to 4 USB hosts and up to 4 USB peripherals to the switch. Then, select which host you’d like to use the USB peripherals with by pressing the corresponding numbered button on top of the switch, or by pressing the corresponding numbered button on the included RF Remote. The Cable Matters 4-Port USB 3.0 Switch with Remote Control is driver-free, meaning the device is plug-and-play. No additional driver or downloaded software is needed. Does the USB 3.0 Switch come with USB Cables? Yes, the USB 3.0 switch comes with 4 micro-B to USB 3.0 cables which can be used to connect up to four hosts to the switch at any time. The USB 3.0 switch also comes with a USB-C adapter so that you may connect a USB-C host, as well as a USB-A Extension cable for wireless accessories. Does the USB 3.0 Switch support multiple monitors? This USB switch does not have any video ports. However, it is compatible with the Cable Matters USB to HDMI video adapter which will allow you to connect multiple monitors on windows hosts.
